Principals Report:
We have so many exciting events happening as we close out the 150th school year of Waukazoo Elementary! Our biggest and most exciting is our Celebration of Learning and 150th Anniversary Celebration on May 22 from 6-7:30pm. This year's celebration will be different from all the others! Please join us for all the fun:
- Student projects highlighting the history of Waukazoo from 1874-2024
- Tour the new addition completed just in time for this event
- Visit the Critter Barn located outside
- Play on the playground with DJ Ms. Koedyker spinning tunes
- Grab a popsicle to enjoy more time together celebrating 150 years
We hope all of our Waukazoo families will join us for this momentous occasion!
In addition, Waukazoo will be hosting a Community Open House on May 29 from 6-7:30pm. This event is open to the public and welcomes former Waukazoo families, staff, and community members to revisit our school. While this event is not geared towards our current families, you are invited to join if you would like! If you have family or friends that have ties to Waukazoo, we ask that you spread the word and invite them back to Waukazoo for an evening of remembering the past and looking forward to the future.
As we close out the school year, please watch the weather for any trips your student may be taking with their class and have them dress appropriately! Below are a few other important dates coming up:
