Stadium Rules and Regulations:
Lucas Oil Stadium is a cashless venue.
CONCESSIONS:
Concessions will be available throughout the concourse area. Due to Stadium policy, you are not allowed to bring food into the Stadium. We appreciate your cooperation. Concessions are cashless.

- You must use some type of covering under the batteries of any amplified equipment – there cannot be any acid, gasoline or oil drop on the turf.
- Helium balloons will not be allowed in the Stadium.
- Drones are not allowed in the stadium or on stadium property.
- Any equipment or substance that would do damage to the surface, such as Fire Extinguishers, sharp objects, material left on the surface, etc. will not be allowed in the Stadium.
- Local Indianapolis ordinance prohibits smoking inside Lucas Oil Stadium.
- The Stadium has a retractable roof, but please note the roof will be CLOSED for the Indianapolis Super Regional.
Fans and participants may not bring the following items into the Stadium:
- Audio/Video Devices
- Bottles
- Cans
- Liquor Containers
- Food and Beverages
- Coolers
- Bags
- Large Purses
- Backpacks
- Balloons (Helium)
- Fanny packs
- Air-Horns
- Missile-like objects
- Drone
Fans are advised to arrive early to avoid congestion at the gates. Gates and gate open times are listed on the
Bands of America strictly prohibits the presence of weapons on Lucas Oil Stadium property during our event.
Clear Bag Policy
- Bands of America encourages spectators not to bring bags into venues. Only clear bags and emergency bags will be permitted.
- Patrons are allowed to carry one clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bag that does not exceed the dimensions 12” by 6” by 12” or a one-gallon size clear plastic freezer bag.
- Bag policies are effective to expedite entry into venues and provide additional safety.
- Spectators will be allowed to bring items such as cameras, provided they are not in cases that would violate the bag policy at that venue.
Parking
- A limited amount of spectator parking is available in Lot A North of the Stadium and the South Lot of Lucas Oil Stadium. The cost for each of these lots is $20 per vehicle* with NO in/out privileges. Please note that the 2024 price per vehicle is tentative pending verification.
- Accessible parking spaces are in the South lot of the Stadium via the Missouri Street Gate 3 parking lot entrance. The cost for this lot is $20.00 per vehicle* with NO in/out privileges. Parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that the 2024 price per vehicle is tentative pending verification.
- A drop-off/pick-up location is available along Capitol Ave. outside of the Colts Team Store.
- Additional spaces surround the stadium in various lots and parking garages. A map of parking and prices for area lots is available online at https://www.indydt.com/parking.com
- BOA does not operate, guarantee access to, or control the pricing or policies of Lucas Oil Stadium or other surrounding lots.
- Plan to arrive early to allow plenty of time to park, buy tickets, and enter the Stadium. Lucas Oil Stadium is a large, urban-based professional facility. Allowing extra time for movement and the unfamiliar and unanticipated is essential and prudent.
Spectator Entry
- Spectator entry will be via the East Gate of the Stadium for Prelims and Semi-Finals.
- Spectator entry will be via the North Gate and East Gate of the Stadium for Finals Competition.
- All entrances to the Stadium are ADA compliant.

Medication
Medication is due by Thursday evenings rehearsal! If needed, Grand Nationals medication may be brought on Wednesday after state.
Please follow the guidelines below when bringing medication to be administered at an off-site activity/trip:
1. A separate request form is required for each medication.
2. For student safety, all medication should be brought to the band nurse and director by the parent prior to the activity/trip. All medication must be in an original, properly labeled container and should be provided to the school with only the number of doses that are to be administered during the activity/trip. Prescription medications must be counted by the parent, director, and the band nurse.
3. All medication will be administered according to the labeled instructions or doctor’s orders. Aspirin and aspirin containing products will not be administered without a doctor’s order.
4. Medication that is expired will not be given. Medication will be destroyed if not picked up by the parent within 2 weeks following the activity/trip.
5. Nonprescription, homeopathic medication, dietary supplements and herbal supplements will only be given in accordance with Prosper ISD Board Policies FFAC (LEGAL) and FFAC(LOCAL) and District medication guidelines.
6. Campus administration will designate a PISD employee (director and band nurse) to administer student medications during this activity/trip. This staff member will be responsible for maintaining medications and request forms in a secure location, and for administration and documentation of the medications according to District guidelines. The school nurse will review medication request forms and provide training to the staff member(s) designated for this activity/trip.
NOTE: If medications are found on the student’s person or in his/her belongings that are not accounted for by written request form and are not approved as a self-carry medication by form on file with the school nurse, the student may be subject to disciplinary action.
Rules and Expecations
Identification: All luggage, uniform bags, and cases must be labeled with the appropriate students name in a clear legible manner.
Money: $50-75 is a recommended amount for extra food/souvenirs. Students may use this money for extra food at the stadium and for souvenirs, if time allows. Keep your money safe and secure at all times.
Telephone: All students are allowed and encouraged to bring cell phones. NO LOCAL OR LONG DISTANCE CALLS ARE TO BE MADE FROM THE PHONES AT THE HOTEL. The hotel will monitor all calls.
Emergencies: If parents need to contact a student, they may call the student directly via cell phone.
Rules: All Students must stay in groups of 3 or more at all times. The Prosper High School, PISD Extra-Curricular Code of Conduct, and the Prosper Band Rules rules are in effect at all times. We represent our families and community as well as ourselves.
Students should not open their room door after curfew except for a director or chaperone
No use / possession of tobacco, drugs or alcohol are allowed
No boys in girl rooms or girls in boy rooms at any time. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Students may not go in rooms of students from another school.
No students from other schools are permitted in a Prosper Band member’s room.
Respect Hotel Guests: No loud noises in halls or rooms
Stay in groups of 3 or more at all times.
Any student not following these rules will be sent home at his/her parents’ expense.
