We have sent taken the following steps to make sure everyone has been informed about senior portraits:
- Reminder emails from Romeo High School
- Reminder emails from Michael Barton Studios
- Handed out bright orange paper reminders
- Information included in weekly newsletters since the beginning of the year
Register for a timeslot with Michael Barton Studios, ASAP. RHS Senior Portraits
IF YOU DO NOT COME ON THIS NOVEMBER 6TH, YOU WILL NOT BE FEATURED IN THE 24/25 YEARBOOK.
Open Weight Room
The weight room will be open after school for interested students from 3pm - 3:40pm on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Students are only allowed to use the weight room if Mr. Archutowski is present. If no Romeo staff member is available then students are not to be in the weight room.
AP Exams
Friendly reminder that the links for Advanced Placement (AP) exam registration will close on Tuesday, November 29th. Please ensure that you complete the registration by this date to secure your spot for the exam. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to the DEM counselor, Mrs. Zelmanski at rachael.zelmanski@romeok12.org.
There will be no after school tutoring on Tuesday, November 12th due to a staff meeting.
Socktober
Our annual Socktober drive is underway! Let's help fill Samaritan House's shelves! In addition to socks, we are collecting canned corn and green beans, cranberry sauce, canned pumpkin, and brownie mix to help fill their Thanksgiving boxes! The 2 classes with the most donations will get donuts! Bring donations to 1st hour! This week, Ms. Northupsmith's 1st hour is in the lead with Ms. Borlinghaus' 1st hour close behind!
The Romeo High School Environment Club is hosting a Dog Walk-a-Thon and pet costume contest fundraiser! We have partnered with a non-profit called Gravity Water. This organization partners US schools with schools in remote parts of Vietnam to provide rainwater collection tanks which will filter rainwater into safe drinking water for the students. Many of these schools are currently relying on bottled water, not only is this expensive it results in plastics entering the world's waterways. Join us at 1pm on Sunday, October 27 at Bruce Twp Park for this FUN event! There will be raffles, prizes, and treats for you and your pets! See the flyer for details! If you have questions, contact pamela.gedert@romeok12.org.
12th Annual Craft & Vendor Show
Romeo Band is holding their 12th Annual Craft and Vendor Show on November 9th from 10am - 4pm. The craft show will be taking place at Romeo Middle School.

SANP 2025
The Seniors of Romeo Community High School Class of 2025 will be graduating on Thursday, June 5th, 2025. In Romeo, the tradition has been that the proud parents of the graduates plan the Senior All Night Party. For years, this event has provided the seniors with an opportunity to celebrate with their classmates in a safe, alcohol-free environment, as it may be the last time many of them will see each other together as a group. This year's Senior All Night Party will be held on Sunday, June 1st at the Dave and Buster’s in Utica.
The Senior All Night Party committee is currently selling Class of 2025 Lawn signs for $25. The signs are available for pick up at 26 and Van Dyke. Please email Romeo2025SANP@gmail.com to coordinate a pickup. All proceeds go to the Senior All Night Party.
The Senior All Night Party committee is currently asking for donations for the event. All donations are tax deductible. If you have a business that may be interested in sponsoring or donating gift cards for prizes, please email us at Romeo2025SANP@gmail.com. All donations are greatly appreciated.
