Dear Ruben Hinojosa Elementary Parents and Guardians,
Welcome back to another great week at Ruben Hinojosa Elementary! Congratulations to our Robotics team for participating at the South Texas Explore Festival. They won the Team Award! Thank you to all of our students and staff who dressed up to celebrate the 100th day of school.

Sharyland High School Diamonds and Mariachi Tour!
Our 6th grade students enjoyed performances by our Sharyland High School Diamonds and Mariachi. The SHS students spoke to our 6th grade students about the benefits of joining these teams in Junior High.

Who needs a permission slip?
- Students who will stay on campus after school - need a signed permission slip
- students who stay after school will stay in the library until 4 pm
- Students who go home and come back at a later time without a parent or guardian - need a signed permission slip
Who does not a permission slip?
- Students who go home at 3:30 pm and come back with a parent/guardian. Parents must stay the entire time that their child is at the dance. If a parent cannot stay the entire time, please have a signed permission slip for your child.
