Welcome to the first week of Spring Break. Here is the time for all of us to catch our breath. While at home here are some things to keep your students active and learning.
* Journaling - Each day describe or reflect on the day. Add pictures or artifacts from activities to make this a book of memories.
* Read - Pick a time to read every day.
* Get Outside and Play - Daily physical exercise increases blood flow to the brain, helps regulate stress and generates a positive sense of well-being.
Be safe and have a restful first week of break.

To ensure the safety of everyone, follow the directions of the staff out on dismissal duty. Please, do not try to move in front of other cars unless you are directed to do so. Thanks!

Over spring break, all items left in the school's Lost and Found will be donated to Goodwill. If your child is missing clothes, I encourage you to stop by and take a look.

SIXTH GRADE FAMILIES -
English:
Lodi USD has released a new Middle School Course Catalog! It includes information about core subjects such as English Language Arts, Math, Science, Social Science, Physical Education, and foreign languages (available at select sites). Please note that elective offerings vary by school, and site staff will provide additional details. The catalog also includes information about A-G requirements to help families understand college and career readiness. While the College/Career Indicator (CCI) and Career Technical Education (CTE) pathways are part of high school, middle school is a great time to start thinking about future opportunities.
