Lockdown Drill, May 13th, 9:00 am
Monday, May 13th at 9:00 am, we will be conducting a Lockdown drill. Practicing for an emergency is essential in supporting our staff and students, in knowing the protocols that need to be followed in case of an emergency. The more we practice the better prepared we will become if an emergency occurs. This year we have conducted two bus evacuation drills, two lockdown drills and we have conducted monthly fire drills. Students and staff have been doing a great job. Each time we practice, our routines and procedures improve.
Teachers will review the lockdown emergency protocols with students, so they know what to do in the event there is a lockdown. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me.
