Testing Updates
There are several important upcoming testing dates, and the following integral information is shared to assist the students in having a successful experience. Please mark your calendars for the following key dates:
March ACT Testing
Date: Tuesday, March 18, 2025
Who: 11th graders
Additional Information: To support a focused testing environment, 9th, 10th, and 12th grade students will have alternative learning options, including online options from home, on this date. Please see the ACT website for more information about this test. Additionally, please see this list of free ACT and SAT Test Preparation.
March PSAT Testing
Date: Tuesday, March 18, 2025
Who: 10th graders
Additional Information: 10th Grade students who signed up in fall for the spring PSAT test will take this test during the 11th grade ACT test.
April PreACT Secure Testing
Date: Thursday, April 10, 2025
Who: 9th and 10th graders
Additional Info: To support a focused testing environment, 11th and 12th grade students will have alternative learning options on this date, including local business tours.
April Wisconsin Forward Social Studies Testing
Date: Thursday, April 10, 2025
Who: 10th graders
Additional Info: The Wisconsin Forward State Test will follow the PreACT Secure test on April 10th for our 10th grade students only.
Advanced Placement Testing
Date: Monday, May 5 - May 16th, 2025
Who: All Grades

Parent-Teacher Conferences
Parent-Teacher Conferences provide an opportunity for us to work together in support of your child’s education. We invite you to attend Semester 2 Parent-Teacher Conferences on Thursday, February 27, from 4:00-7:30 p.m. Parents and guardians will be able to sign up for 10-minute conference time slots with your student’s teachers in Skyward following these steps:
Login to Skyward Family Access.
Click on the tab “Conferences” on the left hand side of the page.
There will be 2 links by your child’s name….”View Scheduled Times” and “All conferences”
“Viewed Scheduled Times” – This will list any scheduled conference date(s) and time(s).
“All Conferences” – Sign up for conference
Click on “All Conferences” and find the class that states your child’s teacher.
Click on “Select a Time” and choose your date and time to meet with the teacher. Once you click “select”, your conference is scheduled.
Reminder - If no date(s) or time(s) appear, please contact your child’s teacher and a conference can be scheduled through him/her.
Conference sign-up opens up Wednesday, February 19, at 8:00 a.m. and will close at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, February 24.
If you feel you may need a longer discussion with your child’s teacher(s), please reach out to the teacher(s) directly to set up an appointment at a different time. Conferences are essential for building a strong partnership between home and school that will benefit the student. In fact, your student is encouraged to attend the conference with you as the most successful conferences involve student participation.
Parent Advisory Meetings Reminder
As mentioned in previous communications, we have a couple of upcoming Parent Advisory Meetings that all parents and guardians are welcome to attend! Please use the links below to RSVP to each meeting that you plan to attend.
ACT Prep Class for Math
The WBHS Math Department is hosting an ACT Math Prep Class for any juniors who are interested in additional support. There are 2 dates offered, but students should only sign up for one of the 2 dates. (The same content will be covered at each session.) Please sign up no later than Friday, February 14.

Charity Week Reminders
The 21st annual WBHS Charity Week is February 24-28 with the Charity Dance taking place on Saturday, March 1. The charities being supported this year are as follows:
Monday, 2/24 - Washington County Humane Society
Tuesday, 2/25 - St. Vincent DePaul
Wednesday, 2/26 - Big Brothers Big Sisters
Thursday, 2/27 - Children’s Wisconsin Foundation
Friday, 2/28 - Wisconsin Guardian Foundation
Saturday, 3/1 - Full Shelf Food Pantry
Westbury Bank is also collecting money at their West Bend & Jackson branches throughout the month of February and purchasing food for the Full Shelf Food Pantry.
Charity Dance tickets are $20, and 100% of the ticket price is donated to the Full Shelf Food Pantry, AND students who purchase a ticket are automatically entered in a drawing to win one of the following:
$500 Southwest Airline Voucher for anywhere in the continental US donated by Shooting Star Travel
1 of 3 - Full family year long membership at the YMCA ($1,140 value donated by the YMCA)
