We've had a great week of learning and engagement here at McMeans Junior High! As we wrap up the week, we want to remind parents and students to check report card grades, which were posted in the Home Access Center (HAC) on Wednesday. Be sure to review your progress and celebrate the hard work put in over the past weeks. Wishing everyone a restful and enjoyable weekend!

We are proud to honor our Students of the Month for September! These outstanding students, Obaida Almasri, Kate Yang, Jayson MacIntyre, Hadley Peterson, Jonah Blair, and Hailey Salinas, were nominated by our teachers and staff for their hard work, dedication, and positive contributions to our school community. Each of them has impressed us with their commitment to excellence, both in and out of the classroom, and we are thrilled to celebrate their achievements. MILLER CAREER & TECHNOLOGY CENTER FALL FAMILY TOURS

Miller Career & Technology Center (MCTC) would like to invite you to participate in an after school tour of our campus. During this one hour walking tour you will have the opportunity to see our industry level lab spaces and equipment. We will also go over how students can appropriately plan for MCTC to be part of their schedule.

Choose from one of the available dates below and click on a slot to sign up. Please indicate how many will be attending using the quantity box. Note that each date has a different start time. Thank you for your interest!

*If you are unable to attend one of our After School Family Tours, we will also be hosting a Preview Night Monday, January 27, 2025 from 6pm-7:30pm for current 9th-11th grade students and parents, as well as a Preview Night on Monday, February 24, 2025 for current 6th-8th grade students and parents. Sign up/RSVP is NOT required to attend either Preview Night and guests will hear directly from our CTE teachers.
