Join us December 17 for ServSafe training and receive food safety certification! This program is recognized and accepted by the Georgia Department of Community Health, and the certification is valid for five years. In this one-day seminar, you will learn about potentially hazardous foods, safe food handling practices, purchasing and receiving standards, the HAACP food system, how to work with your regulatory inspection agency and more.

Registration closes Tuesday, December 3.

The Community Music Ensemble is back for another semester! In a partnership with the Georgia College & State University Department of Music, we are committed to serving the broader university community through inclusive participation in ensembles and engaging course offerings. In order to do so, we would like to invite members of the local community to apply to participate in our ensembles.

Last month we had the pleasure of hosting the International Dyslexia Association of Georgia's annual conference. Educators from across the state of Georgia had the opportunity to learn about support for students with dyslexia who struggle with literacy and reading. This is our second year hosting the conference for the IDA and we are thankful for their partnership!
