Congrats to one of our art teachers, Stephanie Schmidt, who has pottery displayed in the Mugshot Art Show at The Arvada Center! Mugshot Art Show runs through November 12 along with two other great ceramics exhibitions. Last week ceramic students took a field trip to The Arvada Center to check our three of the art exhibits currently being displayed.

Winter Sports Registration is open! The deadline to register is November 11 at 2 p.m. The Winter Sports Parent/Coaches Meeting is November 11 at 6 p.m. in the Large Gym. Starting in the 2024-25 school year, CHSAA will require a new Sports Physical Clearance Form. If you haven’t had your physical yet, please use this form moving forward.

Online registration must be completed, processed and approved prior to tryouts. Please contact the coach for specific information regarding tryouts. Please join us for the November Parent Academy on Thursday, November 21 at 6 p.m. in the Golden High School Library. We will have experts discussing Safe2Tell and Restorative Justice and how these are applied in our seven Golden Schools. In addition, we will discuss alcohol abuse, recovery, and overall culture. Parents of students at all of our Golden area schools are welcome! Don't miss this opportunity to learn more about what's going on at our schools. The girl's lacrosse booster club and coaches are holding a parent meeting on Tuesday, November 12 at 6 p.m. in room 149. Room 149 is the classroom located across from the gyms.
