Our staff and students in Egg Harbor Township Schools are keeping busy creating, performing and responding to the Arts with an emphasis on Student Achievement, Community Engagement and #EHTPRIDE

Our Fine & Performing Staffulty & Students are having a GREAT start to the school year!

Art & Literacy at Miller…

Students in Mrs. Conover’s 4th and 5th grade Art classes read the book, The Dot. Following that, they created their own “Dot” inspired by the reading!

We are excited to add Mr. Garrett Davis to our FPA faculty!

Garrett will be teaching K-1 music at Swift School and 5th grade percussion at the Miller School. He will also be working with our EHTHS Drumline!

Garrett holds a Bachelors Degree in Music from Rowan and recently completed his Masters Degree in Percussion Studies at Temple University. While at Temple he was very involved in the use of percussion programs as a form of community outreach.

He has performed with the DCI World Class Cadets Drum Corp and also served on the instructional staff for The Carolina Crown! Garrett is currently a percussion instructor for the Rowan University Marching Band.

Our STAGE/TECH CREW is hard at work DESIGNING our sets: they've read the scripts, conferred with our Director and are spec'ing and measuring out our sets from scratch!

Friday, October 20th vs. Mainland. .. once again, the largest performance of our National Anthem at a NJ Scholastic Sporting Event! Come out and hear 400+ choir band and orchestra members from the EHT Schools pay tribute to our Country to start off the football game at 5:45pm.
