E. Electric Bus Update

• Galesburg was selected to receive 23 Electric Buses as part of the EPA's Clean Bus Program.
• 19 of the 23 buses have been delivered to Galesburg.
• Site Commissioning is complete (chargers have been installed, and power has been connected).
• Training has been completed for drivers, technicians, first responders, and the towing company.
• The buses still need to be certified by the DOT to transport students.
• Practice routes will be completed during CUSD #205 Fall Break.
