CES Parent Update

As we approach the last week of school, we have a few important updates and reminders to share with you.

Pre-Registration for K-4 Class Parties: To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, we strongly encourage you to pre-register for the class parties using this link. This will help us avoid long lines and make the process more efficient for everyone.

5th Grade Ceremony: For our 5th grade parents, if you wish to take your student home with you once the 5th grade ceremony concludes on May 21st or May 22nd, please make sure to complete this form.

Lunch Visitors: Please note that due to the numerous activities planned for this week, we will not be able to accommodate lunch visitors. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.

Staff vs 5th Grade Kickball Game: Unfortunately, we regret to inform you that the Staff vs 5th grade kickball game will not be rescheduled. We understand the disappointment this may cause and we appreciate your understanding.

Thank you for your continued support and cooperation as we wrap up the school year. Let’s make this last week a memorable one for our students!

Congratulations Samantha Hinson, Creekview Assistant Principal for the 2024-2025 school year. Ms. Hinson will replace Ms. Madore who has recently been named principal of Creekside Forest Elementary School. Ms. Hinson will join Ms. Jordan, Ms. Schultz, Ms. Maier and Ms. Friedrichs to round out the CES admin team. We are excited to welcome Ms. Hinson and know she will fit in well to best serve our amazing community!

We have been informed by our yearbook printing company, Balfour, that there will be a delay in the book delivery of our 2023-2024 Yearbook.

Due to an unforeseen manufacturing delay, yearbook delivery has been delayed until mid-June. I’m working closely with Balfour (and neighboring schools) to nail down a Yearbook Pick Up Date and will keep you posted.

I requested autograph sections for every student that purchased a yearbook and will get those out and delivered as soon as possible.

While this is a huge disappointment for everyone, myself included, I appreciate your patience and understanding.

Students have an amazing opportunity to attend the STEAMotion Summer Camp sponsored by Rice University and Tomball ISD. The week-long camp will allow students currently enrolled in grade K - 7 to engage in Science, Engineering, Art, Technology and Math activities while developing real-world problem-solving skills. Camp details and online registration forms are located on the Tomball ISD website.
