St. Joseph High School Presents - BIG FISH

St. Joseph High School is proud to present our production of:

BIG FISH

February 27 - March 1, 2025

at the Red Deer Memorial Centre.

Based on the celebrated novel by Daniel Wallace and the acclaimed film directed by Tim Burton, BIG FISH tells the story of Edward Bloom, a traveling salesman who lives life to its fullest…and then some! Edward’s incredible, larger-than-life stories thrill everyone around him—most of all, his devoted wife Sandra. But their son Will, about to have a child of his own, is determined to find the truth behind his father’s epic tales. Overflowing with heart and humor, BIG FISH is an extraordinary musical that reminds us why we love going to the theatre—for an experience that’s richer, funnier and bigger than life itself.

February 27 - Matinee 1:00pm, Evening 7:00pm (U/S)

February 28 - Matinee 1:00pm, Evening 7:00pm (Opening Night)

March 1 - Matinee 2:00pm, Evening 7:00pm

Tickets are $20 each and can be purchased in Powerschool under Student Fees and Forms. Tickets are not printed out. You will be able check in at the theatre upon your arrival for the performance.

Student Volunteer Opportunity

Ski and Snowboard Club

Ski Club consists of three evenings at Canyon Ski Resort and one day at Nakiska Ski Resort. Since this is outside of school curriculum and school hours, the cost is covered by students.

CANYON - We will be going to Canyon on February 6, February 13, and February 27. We will leave the school at 4:00 p.m. on all days via school bus. Students will be responsible for finding their own way home from Canyon, and notifying the teacher in charge upon them leaving Canyon. Please plan to pick up your child from Canyon Ski Hill by 9:00 p.m.

NAKISKA- The trip to Nakiska will occur on Friday, March 14, 2025. This will be an all-day trip during school hours. Transportation to and from Nakiska will be provided.

Grad Clothing Online Store

Grad Clothing is available to order using the link below.

Orders placed before December 2nd will be ready for pick up by December 20th, as long as there are no stock issues. If there are stock issues you will be contacted. Orders placed after December 2nd may not deliver before Christmas.

The online store will close May 18th. All orders will be picked up at the Coverall shop.
