Drop Off and Pick Up
If possible, please walk your student to school. Also, we have a bike rack around back for students who you trust can make it here on their own. Our parking lot is small, so the fewer the vehicles, the better!
Morning drop off begins at 7:40am. Afternoon pickup begins at 2:40. On Wednesdays, it is 2:10pm. Early release days pick up is at 10:45am. Please see the appropriate doors as found in the picture.

Good News! Free Lunch and Breakfast 🧑🏻🍳
There is a big change for our breakfast and lunch service at Sunny Hill this school year! We are excited to share that we will now provide free breakfast and a free lunch to all Sunny Hill students on school days. Families do not need to complete any applications to participate. However, if you believe that you may qualify for a fee waiver or have students enrolled at other schools in the District that may qualify for free or reduced meals, you should still complete the free/reduced meal benefit application.

We need our students in school!
Last school year, 17% of SH students missed more than 17 school days! We had 11% of SH students who missed 9 days or more.
We will be making personalized phone calls home each morning for absent students, so we can see if we can help get your student to school.
Assessments
Review the assessments D220 uses to help us monitor progress. These tests are used nationally, so they help us identify how your student is doing compared to other students across the nation!
Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO)
We will be hosting elections for our PTO. Please stay tuned for more information regarding this. If you are interested in partnering with our school community, please let your teachers know when you see them for Meet the Teacher or Back to School Night! You can also express your interest here.
