Parent Teacher Conferences

Please be sure to sign up for a conference with your child's teacher. These fall conferences help to communicate expectations and goals for your child to grow to his/her best ability. The time to connect with your child's teacher is so important.

Thanksgiving Lunch

We will have our annual Thanksgiving lunch on Thursday, November 21st. Orders MUST be submitted by Wednesday, November 13th. Only pre-ordered meals will be available. We love celebrating Thanksgiving with our Fork Shoals family!

PTA Reflections

Attention Students: Do you have a talent in Film Production, Dance Choreography, Literature, Music, Photography, or Visual Arts? If so, then the Reflections Arts Program is just for you! The Reflections Arts Program has inspired millions of students to reflect on a specific theme and create original artwork based on that theme. Each year, students are recognized for bringing the theme to life!

We wanted to let you know that this year's theme for the 2024-2025 school year is "ACCEPTING IMPERFECTIONS." The deadline for entries to be submitted is January 10th, 2025. Every student who enters will receive an ice-cream treat at lunch. Classes that have 15 % or more entries will be entered to win a class pizza party for the most entries! Teachers who have 15% or more entries will also be entered to win a $20.00 Amazon gift card!

You may submit entries in one of two ways. Pick only 1 way to submit. All rules and guidelines are listed on both the digital form and the paper form.

1. Digitally-Click on the Google form link below and upload your entry digitally

2. Paper form- Please fill out the paper application below and submit your work in paper form along with the application to your teacher or the front office.
