The Power of Gratittude
Gratitude is the feeling of appreciation or thankfulness for the kindness, help, or support received from others, as well as for the positive aspects of life. It involves recognizing and acknowledging the good things that one has, whether big or small.
Encourage your child to recognize and appreciate the positive aspects of their lives through simple activities like keeping a gratitude journal or sharing what they are thankful for at the dinner table.
By fostering an attitude of gratitude, we can help our children build resilience and a positive outlook that will serve them well throughout their lives.
