For The Betterment of Our Students!

Hello Main Street Family!

Thank you to all parents who supported their students at today's Tiger of the Month celebration!

Please plan to attend our PTO meeting Thursday, November 21st @ 6PM! Your input is important and valued! I look forward to seeing you there!

We are excited our Before and After school programs started Monday. We currently at capacity with over 120 students attending. Our after-school program runs Monday-Thursday from 4PM 6PM. Our before-school program runs from 7:30AM - 8:30AM Monday - Friday.

Our yearly goal for average attendance is 95%. We slipped down to 91.4%. We must return to moving in an upward direction!! We can do it!! Send your child to school every day! They enjoy hearing their homerooms shouted out for perfect attendance!

Can Food Drive Progress!

The can food drive is well underway and we wanted to give you the current standings! The current leading classroom is Ms. Bradley's class with 33 canned goods! The current leading house is the green house with 46 cans out of the grand total of 103 cans collected so far!

Come to the CUSD Science Fair!

Meetings are held the third Thursday of the month from 6PM-7PM. Our first meeting will be Thursday, November 21, 2024!

Please send refillable plastic water bottles with your students.

In an effort to enhance sanitary measures in our building, all drinking fountains have been removed from the building. They have been replaced with water stations. Students can fill their water bottles during the school day. Please send refillable plastic water bottles to school with your children.

Car Line

Parents:

You must remain in your cars when entering the car line. Please refrain from making u turns in the car line during dismissal. The safety of our children and parents is of utmost importance to us. We would like to move the cars through the line without any disruptions.

It is important your child(ren) attend school every day. The chart below indicates how much instruction your child(ren) will miss if they are not present.

Congratulations to the October Tiger of the Month recipients. We are also wearing red to raise awareness of the Education for Children and Youth Experiencing Homelessness.
