Armstrong PTA is looking for our families and community who want to work with us and support our students and school.
The easiest way to do this is to be a PTA member. It’s $10 for one person, but you can sign up your student, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and favorite neighbors for $18 for a couple.

Calling All Volunteers - Consider Serving on the PTA Board Next Year (2021-2022)
Your help is needed for the future of Armstrong. We have an amazing school, with awesome teachers and staff. PTA does so many things to help enhance the education of our students. Without you, this won’t happen. Teachers are going to be sad. Students will be sad.
If you have even the smallest amount of time, you can help!
So much can be done from home, computer, phone. Below you will find some descriptions of positions that will be open next year, but you don’t have to wait till then! Please email any of the current board or our AMS parent liaison with your offer of time. It’s time for our kids and our school!

The PTA is looking for parents/guardians who are willing to volunteer their time and serve on the PTA Board—in both Chair and Executive Board positions. Listed below are some of the positions that will be open for next school year (2021– 2022).
President - Manage overall objectives and strategies of PTA (including fundraising objectives, community events, educational events, etc.)
Secretary- Record and maintain minutes and other records of all PTA meetings
Treasurer- Receive and be accountable for all funds belonging to the AMS PTA
Ways and Means VP- Collaborates with PTA President to organize fundraising events for the school, including Spirit Nights and the World Wear Bin
Spirit Wear Chair- Works with our Spirit Wear Vendor to develop the spirit wear shirts for the school year
Hospitality Chair- coordinate various events for our Armstrong teachers and staff each month and during Teacher Appreciation Week
