Daily Check-In
Building self-awareness and emotional regulation skills helps get your child ready to learn. In addition, these skills increase self-confidence and connection with others. This can be practiced at home in just a few minutes! Use the worksheet in the link below as a guide to help your child think about how they feel and choose a mindfulness practice based on that feeling. Daily check-ins develop your child’s awareness of their emotions and capacity to manage big feelings so they are ready to start their day and feel successful. Give it a try today!
