Every year, the Andover Board of Education celebrates the excellence and success of staff members, volunteers and community partners through its Outstanding Service Awards. This year, we had 234 Outstanding Service Award nominations recognizing individuals in our school community. Each of the nominations was a heartfelt, sincere tribute to those who go above and beyond for our students and district.
Spark Award
Individual staff member who plays an instrumental role in the district; exudes energy, enthusiasm and excellence in all their endeavors; and is an inspiration to others and significantly impacts students and the school district.

One is designed specifically for elementary-aged kiddos, one for middle/high school, and one is blank so you can print and create your own list of fun ideas for summer! Challenge your family to find time to connect at least once every week, using these bucket lists to make that even easier!
