Senior Graduation Cap Decorating Guidelines
High School graduation day is a very special occasion. It is a day that is accompanied by feelings of excitement, pride, accomplishment, relief, honor, fulfillment, and joy, just to name a few. This is a day for you, as a graduating senior, to celebrate this accomplishment, as well as a day for your family/friends to celebrate you as well. Graduation is a formal event, but one that comes with some flare and excitement!!! Any Class of 2024 graduate that wishes to appropriately and tastefully decorate their graduation caps may do so. Please remember that this is a school and family oriented event and that all cap decorations MUST be school appropriate. Please adhere to the following guidelines:
All language, symbols, pictures...displayed on the cap MUST be school appropriate.
Only the graduation caps purchased from Midwest Scholastic will be allowed to be decorated and worn during the graduation ceremony.
Any and all messages/sayings displayed on the cap must be directed in a positive manner, not as to slander or put down others.
Remember this day is not only for you, but for the rest of the graduating class of 2024, your family, and their families as well, so do not take away from their experience.
Have fun with it. Keep it clean, keep it meaningful, and be proud of yourself!!!
Administration reserves the right to deny your cap decorations if they feel it is not appropriate. Please reach out to your Principal if you have any questions about whether or not your idea is appropriate.
