• Varsity girls flag football game has been cancelled tonight due to the heat & the game time adjustments.
• Come out and support JV football at 6pm and Varsity at 7:45pm for the Cowbell Classic! Game theme is RED OUT!
  
• Reminder- no backpacks, bikes, scooters, or skateboards are allowed in the stadium. You will be asked to leave them at the ticket booth at your own risk.
• BV's Fall Play Auditions continue Today. Meet in the Cafeteria after school at 3:30pm.
• Students can still sign up and join a Club. Stop by the office student bulletin board or look for Flyers around campus. Last day to sign up is September 20.
• Congratulations to Joylin Song whose video has made it to the semifinals of the Breakthrough Junior Challenge. She needs as many "LIKES" as possible for her video. By liking her video and supporting her, it is shows our Bronco pride. If she wins, our school will receive a new science lab!

• Wrestling preseason practices have begun! New and returning wrestlers are welcome Monday's & Wednesday's after school in the Atrium. See coach Lane in I6 with any questions.

• Picture Makeup day is Wed. Sept. 18. This is not for retakes! If you are new or did not have your photo taken on the second day of school, this is the day to have your photo taken & to get your ID card.

• The HBCU Recruitment Fair for 11th and 12th grade students: Thursday, September 12th, from 1:30-3:30 at El Camino HS. Students can get offers for admission and scholarships. Stop by Mrs. Gonzalez's A6 with questions or to pick up permission slip to ride the bus. Permission slips are due by September 9.

• Student Volunteers needed for the October Arts & Craft Fair! If you need volunteer hours, see the flyer for signups at the office student bulletin board or see Mrs. Sloan in the Library.
• Students planning to participate in 2024-2025 sports must be registered on Sports Net and have a current sports physical on file before conditioning, practices or tryouts.
• Purchased planners & class t-shirts will continue to be distributed during 4th period classes.
• Are you looking for a traveling adventure this summer? Join Mr. Lane and Ms. Yassu on a trip to Switzerland, Italy, Rome and Paris. For more information stop by either of their classrooms and talk to one of them. Look for flyers posted all over the school!
