Dear parents, carers, children and staff,
In a week when we had our first class prayer service, I would like to say a big thank you to the students and staff in Year 6. They asked us to gather and listen to the scripture; we heard the story of The Wedding Feast at Cana retelling what is considered to be the first miracle Jesus performed. Year 6 asked us to think about what a miracle really is. During the session, we were asked what we would do if we could perform one miracle. Then we prayed. I do find it interesting that in the same week a cease-fire agreement was signed. Well done Year 6, your efforts may have travelled much further than you ever expected!
Next week Year 4 will be leading the school in a celebration of the church Jubilee with a focus on Hope.
