Dates to remember:

Dec. 6- First semester grades due

Dec. 13- Fall spending deadline

Dec. 20-Jan. 3- Winter Break, offices closed

Jan. 6- Second semester begins

Jan. 16- APC Meeting, (Eagle River, 1:00-3:00pm, website)

GRADE REPORT FORMS

Grades for the fall semester are due to your advisor Dec. 6th. If you are taking a course with a vendor that is not finished by Dec. 6th, no need to worry. Just let your advisor know and turn in that grade when the course is finished.

If you need assistance please reach out to your advisor and he/she will be happy to help.

The deadline for all first semester spending is December 13th. Requisitions and reimbursement requests for the fall semester need to be submitted by this date. Please do not wait until that day to submit receipts or reimbursement requests. Receipts can still be submitted after this date as long as the reimbursement request is in place, on time, before Dec. 13th..

Please submit receipts as soon as possible after purchase. Download and email your invoice or submit original receipts. Remember, we cannot accept SCREENSHOTS as proof of payment.
