Culver's Night-Tuesday, 10/1
Please help us support our 4th grade and Physical Education teams by eating at the Lakeville Culver's tomorrow, Tuesday, October 1! Eastview earns 15% of all sales ALL DAY whether dining in or drive-thru; just remember to say, “I’m with Eastview.” If your family would like to attend but is unable due to finances, please contact Miss Vaughan and we will make it happen!
You can support EVE by stopping at Culver's any time they're open on October 1, but from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm you may see some familiar faces! All proceeds raised on October 1 will go directly to the 4th grade and PE teams. A prize raffle will be held, so students, please stop by the EVE PTO table to register! If you're too full for custard after your kid's meal, you can donate your "Scoopie" token, too!
Culver’s Day Help Needed!
We are looking for volunteers to oversee the raffle drawing and “Scoopies” collection at Culver’s Nights for EVE. Kids are welcome to come help support this event. It is a quick and easy way to support your EVE community. Thanks for helping to make Culver’s Night a success!

PTO Meeting-Tuesday, 10/1
Please join us for our monthly PTO meeting in the EVE Media Center this Tuesday, October 1 from 6:30-7:30pm. As always, participation is encouraged and all are welcome! Feel free to bring your kiddos too if needed!

Lost and Found
Our lost and found is overflowing! All lost and found items will be set up on tables outside of the office from Tuesday, October 1 through Tuesday, October 15. Anything left at the end of the day on Tuesday, October 15 will be donated. Thank you!

High Frequency Words
Lakeville Area Schools has compiled an updated list of High Frequency Words, which are words that appear most often in print. Recognizing high-frequency words with ease is crucial for students to develop into skilled readers.

Device Protection Deadline is October 18
Lakeville Area Schools offers an optional protection plan for student devices (iPads). Payment for device protection must be made by October 18, 2024.
Annual Cost: $25 per student. Reduced price options are available based on Educational Benefit Status.
Coverage begins upon receipt of the payment. Payment must be submitted via the Infinite Campus School Store by October 18 to have coverage for the school year. New families joining the district will have 2 weeks from enrollment to add coverage.
The protection plan does not cover lost devices and lost, stolen, damaged or inoperable charging cords.

Walkathon Thank You!
THANK YOU families for supporting the Wildcat Walkathon! It was great to see so many families come to celebrate our fundraising effort. We not only met but surpassed our goal. This community is truly AMAZING! We raised over $24,000 which will go directly back into our school. This amount reflects the generous nature of our community and the result of working together to support EVE.
A special thank you to the parent volunteers, our generous business sponsors, the Scouts and Military families for their service, the EVE staff for supporting this event during this busy first month of school, and all the students at Eastview! Our sincerest thank you for all your support for this successful event!

Arrival and Dismissal
- 9:10 a.m. Students may enter the building
- 9:17 a.m. First bell - Students go to their classrooms
- 9:25 a.m. Second bell - Classes begin
End of School Day
- 3:52 p.m. First dismissal bell
- 3:55 p.m. Second dismissal bell
- 4:00 p.m. Buses leave
End of Day Checkout Process For the 2024-25 School Year
If you need to pick your child up before our end-of-the-day dismissal, we are asking you to do this before 3:30 p.m. Due to heavy volume in the front office, we cannot check out students from 3:30-3:55 p.m due to capacity. We made this change to ensure we get each child where they need to be. We appreciate you picking up your child before 3:30 p.m. or at dismissal.
