Hello Raiders,
It is that time of year again when we start collecting textbooks---see Language Art Teachers for schedule. Please wait to return textbooks per instructions from your Language Arts Teacher. There is a schedule that we are following to avoid long lines and confusion. Please note that 8th grade students only will return their Chromebooks and charger on May 29th and May 30th. They will get a new one at their PUSD high school as an incoming freshman. 6th & 7th grade students keep their Chromebooks over the summer months. Please keep Chromebooks in a safe place. We will need Parent Volunteers to help with Chromebooks and Textbook Collections.
Need Supplies for August 2024! Help Me Build a Better Library!
Hello Raider Family,
I am already planning for the upcoming school year. We need your help with Library Supplies.
We will start collecting supplies during Textbook Collection. This is a great way to leave a legacy of caring for the incoming Raiders from elementary school.
Hello Library Friends,
I want to make sure our incoming students have exactly what they need to succeed in the upcoming school year, so I've created a project through DonorsChoose, the nonprofit classroom funding site for public school teachers.
Here's my project:
School Supplies to Start Off the New School Year Prepared!
Your support would mean so much to our students. If you chip in to help, you will receive our heartfelt gratitude.
Thank you for considering a gift to our library!
Mrs. Brown, Teacher Librarian
P.S. If you know anyone who may want to help our library, please pass this along!

Don't forget to donate to the BMMS Library!
Here is the link or https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/ref=cm_wl_your_lists
Thank you to ALL parents that have donated to the Wish List this school year. Your support brings new books into our library each month and that makes a big difference for our students. As many of you know that we are not funded at the middle school level by PUSD so your donations go a long way in promoting reading and keeping students engaged. 30 minutes of reading per day makes a huge difference in test scores and academic success in a students educational journey.
With Appreciation,
Mrs. Brown, Teacher Librarian
