Late Busses and Afterschool Activities

Starting on October 22nd, late buses and afterschool activities will begin at Coelho Middle School.

For those wishing to participate in afterschool activities, these clubs will run on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:20 PM to 3:30 PM. Students will have the opportunity to sign up the day before in the cafeteria.

For those students who will be accessing the late bus, please make sure that you are aware of the following:

• Late buses only run on Tuesdays and Thursdays
• Only students that are registered and assigned to a bus are eligible for a late bus.
• Late bus stops are different than regular stops. Students will be bringing home information on Friday, October 18th to what stop they have been assigned. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the main office. You can also access your child’s late bus stop in Aspen.
• Late bus students are picked up between 4:00 PM and 4:15 PM
• A list of the late bus stops were email home on Wednesday 10/16

Art Club: All Grades both Tuesday and Thursday

Sports/Track Club: All Grades both Tuesday and Thursday

Homework Club: All Grades both Tuesday and Thursday

Improv Club: All Grades Tuesday only

Game Club: All Grades Thursday only

Dungeons and Dragons: All Grades Thursday only

On Friday evening, the login screen for Aspen will be getting an updated look... but don't worry, you'll still use the same login and password to access the site as usual. This new login screen is the first part in a series of upgrades designed to make the site more secure for families, students, teachers, and staff. If you have any questions, please contact the office at your or your child's school.

As mentioned in Superintendent Sawyer's letter to parents, APS had implemented a new cell phone policy. Please make yourself aware of the new policy, as we will also be reviewing it with all the students on the 1st day of school

The deadline for Fee for Service Transportation payment is November 15, 2024. Invoices were mailed to families the first week of October. IMPORTANT: DO NOT SUBMIT A PAYMENT IF YOU DID NOT RECEIVE AN INVOICE.
