Hello Lynnewood Families,

We had another strong week for Math PSSAs last week. This week, our 5th graders will be taking the Science PSSA. You may recall this is new as the Science PSSA previously was administered to 4th graders. Also new this year, our district will be using the online version for the Science PSSA. Our staff and students have been working very hard to ensure devices are updated, charged, and ready!

What a FANTASTIC May Day at Lynnewood on Friday! Many sincere thanks to the May Day planning committee from our PTO. You outdid yourselves! The weather was perfect, and it was so nice to see so many families from our community come together to enjoy the games, activities, and raffle prizes. Congratulations to all the Raffle Prize winners!

The next several weeks will be packed with exciting events. We will continue to add updates and reminders in this weekly communication, so be sure to keep an eye out. See below for a lunch menu change scheduled for Field Day on Friday, May 16th.

Students had the opportunity to select a beverage and treat with the support of a specially-designed core board! They enjoyed time spent with Lynnewood peers and PATH coffee shop workers while lounging and playing games.

Students in grades 1 - 5 participate in our Make-a-Lunch Program where they make lunches to donate to those in need at the Life Center of Eastern Delaware County.
