Thank you for taking your time during student drop off on Thursday. The weather created pretty unsafe conditions and it really helped to have everyone go slow and pay close attention to drop off procedures.

Our half circle drop off lane is reserved for students who need a hand to hand transfer and those families display a sign in their window to allow them to use this lane. If you are a family who has permission to use the circle drive and you need a new sign, please let the office know.

Holiday Staff Gift Program

If you are thinking of getting a gift for a teacher or staff member for the holidays look no further; Hillcrest PTO has a program to help.

The holiday staff gift program allows you to give money towards purchasing gift cards for any staff member at any amount. Then the money is combined to purchase larger gift card amounts through our scrip program for the staff members.

Our Country Springs/Ingleside Water Park Fundraiser date has changed. It was originally schedule for February 13th, but it was changed to February 6th. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but more details to come about this event in the New Year!

Our Second biggest fundraiser of the year is approaching fasting! We are putting together a Week of Gratitude, Celebrating Hillcrest Committee. We will be meeting on December 3rd at Raised Grain at 6 pm. Events like cannot happen smoothly without help from our Hillcrest Community. If you are interest, please email the Hillcrest PTO at:

As much as we want to pretend it is not.....snow is coming. This year get out and enjoy it by trying something new (or old) join the ski/snowboard club and ski with other Hillcrest students and families this winter at a steep discount by having your student(s) join! To report your child's absence, use one of the two methods:

--> Report via Infinite Campus (directions attached below)

--> Reporting absences via attendance line 262-970-1816 (New number)

Preplanned absences (especially more than one day) need to be reported via a form linked here. Copies of the form are available in Hillcrest's office as well.

There are 10 allowable days for a parent to excuse their child from school each school year. If your child has an appointment or sees a doctor for an illness, get a doctor's note from your provider. This allows us to code the student's absence as medically excused.
