Could all students please ensure they are wearing the following items on Monday for the matinee and evening performances. As the items required are a school uniform item we presume this should not be an issue. Please let Jan know if this is a problem.
- Aliens: Black shorts
- Elves: black shorts or black leggings/pants
- Security: black pants
- Penguins: black pants
- Back stage/ Sound Crew: black pants
- Scientists: black shorts or black pants
- Reindeer: Black pants or leggings
Matinee Performance β Please be seated for a 10am start
Evening Performance β Students to arrive between 6.15pm - 6.30pm - Show Starts at 7.00pm
Friday Mufti Day
On Friday we will be having a Christmas Mufti Day. Could all students please come dressed in something βChristmassy.β The Home and School will be putting on a sausage sizzle and packet of chips for lunch for the students. School lunches will still be available, and students are welcome to bring their own lunch to supplement the sausage and bread
.
We will be having our final WAKA ORA and smiley draw this day as well.
Monday 16th December
School as normal for the students. After the matinee performance from 12.30pm students can be picked up to have a rest prior to the evening performance.
The bus will run at 3pm as usual. Please click here to advise us if you will be picking your child up before 3pm.
Tuesday 17th December - Last Day of Term
School starts as normal at 9am - the bus will run in the morning only.
9am - 10am - Christmas Art Exhibition is open for viewing
10am - Whole School Game - during this time we would appreciate whΔnau help with class room pack up and to move furniture
10.30 - Prizegiving Assembly - can all tamariki who have WAKA Badges please wear them to this assembly
11.15am - A special Visitor - you are more than welcome to bring a small named gift for your preschooler for Santa to hand out
12pm - School Finishes for 2024 School Year
