May and June 2024 Newsletter
News from Miss Sheets
I can’t believe it; in 4 weeks we will be dismissing for summer vacation! The last day of school is June 7th. We will dismiss all students at Noon on the 7th. Thank you for another great year!
Here are a few things you need to know before the end of the year:
1 - Next Tuesday, May 21, will be spring pictures. We will take our end of year individual and class photos for the yearbook.
2 - During the final week of school, we will be doing lots of fun, exciting activities that we want all our students to enjoy. This means that our Jr. Kindergarten students will be spending the full day.
3 - Our end of the year field trip is tentatively scheduled for June 4th. I will be sending home information soon.
4 - Mark your calendars and let family and friends know that the End of Year Celebration will be Thursday, June 6th at 6:00 pm. (Yes, this is prior to the last day of school.) This event includes their spring concert and awards followed by cookies and ice cream.
Happy Birthday to our Summer birthday students!
Reminder - School Dress Code
• Shorts/skirts/dresses are to be of midthigh length.
• The length of shirts must extend beyond the belt level and the student’s midriff must not be visible. Shirts and dresses must fully cover the back and chest area and have adequate shoulder straps. Single strap or spaghetti strap shirts and dresses are not allowed.
