Digital Learning Day
2025-2026 Course Requests
Student Course Requests for the 25-26 school year can be viewed on StudentVUE. Course requests are tentative and are subject to change. As classes are built and changes are made throughout the coming months, these changes will be reflected live on StudentVUE. If a course becomes unavailable, the student's next choice will be moved in to the Course Request. Course requests will not show teachers, periods, or semesters. Final schedules will be available at the end of July.
Digital Learning Day, Friday, March 14th
As we prepare for our upcoming Digital Learning Day, we want to ensure that all students are set up for success. Here are a few key expectations to keep in mind:
- Be Prepared: Make sure student's have their GCPS issued Chromebook and changer at home and have access to all necessary materials before the day begins.
- Stay Engaged: While lessons are asynchronous, students are expected to participate in all assignments, just as they would in a physical classroom. Students should ask questions, contribute to discussions, and complete all assignments on time.
- Technical Issues: If you encounter any technical difficulties, reach out to your teacher immediately for assistance.
- Time Management: Manage your time effectively to balance screen time with breaks. Use your schedule to stay on track with your tasks. Remember that staff will work regular hours and only be available for support until 2:30pm. Don't wait until the last minute to start assignments.
- Communication: Students can communicate with teachers and staff via Parent Square or email. Teachers will be in professional development sessions throughout the day and may not respond immediately.
We are excited to see everyone embrace this opportunity for digital learning and look forward to a productive and engaging day!

GCPS Educational Effectiveness Survey
TODAY IS THE LAST DAY TO PROVIDE YOUR FEEDBACK
Each year, GCPS collects feedback from our families about their children's school as part of our commitment to improvement. The Educational Effectiveness Surveys (EES) for Families allows families to provide feedback on nine characteristics of high-performing schools. As a parent or caregiver, you should take one EES Family Survey for each school in which you have a child enrolled. As an employee, if you also have a child in GCPS, you should take the EES Staff Survey in addition to the Family Survey. The survey will be available for you to complete through Friday, March 7. We hope you will lend your voice to making Gwinnett County Public Schools the best it can be for our students.
