LCFF Forms
Each year the district collects information from our students' families to support the Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF). Families of students who do not have a completed form on file have been contacted directly from the office.
Responses to a very short questionnaire may be submitted through the Parent Portal in PowerSchool or via a parent-specific link in an email from SurveyMonkey that will be sent out tonight. The email with your specific SurveyMonkey link will come from survey@sandi.net via SurveyMonkey.com
Parents should respond only once per child, and all responses will potentially increase the district's opportunity to receive funds from the state. The information is kept confidential and only used for allowed purposes.
