Learning Process
College professors expect students to read on their own and learn from the reading. So, our high school instructors must develop lessons that promote individual learning. These skills go beyond normal high school into college and life. As students learn and grow at CCA, they will demonstrate better time management and planning, collaboration with team members, empathy for those around them, desire to learn new skills, determination to continue when life gets hard, and understand that intelligence is changed through efforts to learn.
Here are a couple of articles that will help you guide learning from home:
- College Study Tips for Parents
- Developing Good Study Habits
Thank you for partnering with us in the development of young minds! We appreciate your support and communication. We are getting very excited to see our first graduating class receive two diplomas!

Exempted students must be in attendance the two class periods before the final and during the final exam. District guidelines will be posted in our hallway for all students to view this semester.
