The Weekly Update #4

Thank you to all the families that helped us collect 500 lbs - this TABLE IS FULL of food for the holidays. It is great to have an amazing community like we have at CES. The first word of our SEL school wide program was kindness and this week it is gratitude. What a great way to express both of those words.

This past month King Arthur Flour came to CES to do a cooking demonstration. They showed the 4th graders how to make bread! Each fourth grader got to go home with enough ingredients to make 2 loaves of bread - one for their family and one to give to a friend or donate! Just another way CES is giving back to the community!

The last couple of months the Mascoma High School has come to CES to read to the preK students. After they spend time reading they each get a book to take!
