🎼 Unleash the Music: High School Marching Band Competitions! 🎺🥁
Admission to the contest is $5 for ages 11 - 59, and free for others. Admission is available
by online payment only HERE. This is a cashless event. Once tickets have been purchased,
the buyer must show proof of purchase on their smartphone (no print outs) as they enter
the stadium.

PISD's robotics program features three incredible teams, including our all-girls team, Team 9492 Lady Talons. As part of our initiative to promote STEM in our community, they will host a STEM Exposition at the John and Judy Gay Library on November 10th. 🧶Hughes Elementary Crochet Club
🧶 The Crochet Club, sponsored by Ms. Saladini, is open to 2nd-5th graders at Hughes. This fun and creative club is a great way to learn new skills, make friends, and create something special!
🏃 Light Farms Elementary Running Club 👟
Mrs. Rentzel & Mrs. Stober's Running Club at Light Farms Elementary meets each Wednesday morning for their 4th and 5th graders to come together for a fun and active start to the day! Students can earn foot charms for every mile they complete, promoting a lifelong love of running or walking. Plus, regular physical activity is linked to better cognitive performance, making this a great way to build community and boost brainpower!
🌟 Lilyana Elementary Hope Squad
Ms. Arning's Hope Squad at Lilyana Elementary is a peer-led club dedicated to fostering a culture of kindness and support among students. Through fun activities and community outreach, Hope Squad encourages friendship, empathy, and a positive school environment.
🤝 Rock Hill FCA
Coach Symmank's FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes) Club at Rock Hill High School provides students the opportunity to develop their faith in God in a school environment and gives them opportunities to serve our school and community.
Walnut Grove High School PALS Club 😊
Ms. Ballard & Ms. Smith's PALS Club at Walnut Grove participated in the Buddy Walk benefitting the Down Syndrome Guild of Dallas in support of their family members Dillon and Dane. The best part of the event was at the end when they got to introduce Dane and Dillon to their little friend Mayer from Calhoun!!!!
📚 ACADEMIC COMPETITION
UIL T-shirts are on sale now!
UIL Academics T-shirts for Grades 2-12 are on sale now until December 1 so order yours now!! Campus colors and the designs are the same as last year. Students will wear their shirts at our meets as well as in the yearbook picture. Parents can also purchase shirts for themselves to support their student.
