Happy spring break, Sundance families!

It was great to see many of you at our performance last night - our 4th and 5th graders did an amazing job!! A huge thank you to our amazing Director & Choreographer Katrina Hale and Technical Director Jen Landau along with our amazing parent volunteers for their dedication to our musical theatre program! Thank you for joining us for our Friday Flag! It was quite eventful and the energy was amazing : ) Have a wonderful break and we look forward to seeing our Wildcats on April 15th.

Helpful Info:

• State Testing: In just a few weeks our 3rd-5th graders will take the smarter balanced test (SBAC). The testing window is April 22nd-May 3rd with testing on Tuesday-Thursday and make-ups on Mondays and Fridays. Click here to practice testing sessions at home.

• Continue to spread the word to neighbors and friends that new student enrollment is happening now!!

Multicultural Night is making a triumphant return to Sundance, just like a beloved sequel. Since 2019, this event has been a vibrant celebration of diverse cultures, and we’re thrilled to continue the tradition.

So far, we only have 5 countries signed up to host a booth. Please use the QR code in the flyer to sign-up to host a booth, perform, or help out, or use this link Travel Around the World Night. Today’s Friday Flag was one to remember with the Pie in the Face with Mrs. Katz event! A few of our superstar fundraisers got the chance to “pie” Mrs. Katz, Mrs. De Leon, Mrs. Dodero, Ms. Joni, Ms. Park and three members of our Student Council! Great job again on raising over $40,000 for our school!

The Sundance Theatre Club presented their FIRST EVER production of Seussical Jr. and WOW what a performance! Our 4th & 5th Grade performers delighted the standing room only crowd with their acting, singing, scenery, props, lighting and overall performance. Order the video of the Sundance production here.
