Principal's Message
Dear Doris Miller Families,
I hope these first few weeks have been wonderful for you and your children! As the new principal, I am excited to be a part of this incredible community. I’ve been so impressed by our dedicated faculty, talented students, and supportive parents. Thank you all for the warm welcome.
Site Reorganization Update
We are currently awaiting final enrollment numbers, which the San Diego Unified School District will review at the end of August. During this time, we’ll determine whether adjustments to our teaching staff will be necessary. To ensure a smooth transition, we’ve decided to postpone Back to School Night until September 19th, from 5:00-6:00 p.m.
If your child’s classroom placement is affected by any reorganization, we will notify you promptly via our School Messenger platform. We understand that these changes can be challenging, and we are committed to making any transitions as seamless as possible.
Have a great week!

Principal
