Beginning this month, we will cease operations in the Charms database and migrate to a new program called Cuttime. We will use Cuttime to communicate with parents and students, in addition to keeping track of various fees and trips. This is a new program for all of us, and we appreciate your patience and flexibility with us as we navigate this new system this school year.

You will be receiving a welcome message from Cuttime by the end of this week with information on how to login. This message may be received by email or a text message.

Our Wildcat Choir Camp this year will be on Saturday, August 3rd from 1:00-4:30. This is a required camp for all choir students to help us prepare for the next school year. We will begin learning music, as well as getting to know our new choir family. We will provide a snack during this time, and water.

Camp will be at TMHS in various parts of the school building.

Choir uniform fittings will occur during the student's Wildcat Orientation time on August 1st or 2nd. Students will come to TMHS to receive their course verification, pay for parking, pay fees, and can come to the choir room to get fitted for their 2024-2025 Choir Uniform. The designated dates and times are below.

August 1st 8:30-10:30am - Seniors

August 1st 10:30-12:00pm - Juniors

August 1st 1:30-3:00am - Sophomores

August 2nd 8:00-10:00am OR 1:00-3:00pm - Freshmen

If you would like to get a head start on next year's fees, please click on the link below to pay the 2024-2025 choir class fee. Students may use points to cover their class fee. Any points from this school year must be requested by May 4th to use for next year's choir class fee.

If you are interested in helping serve on a publicity crew for next year, please complete the google form below! This team would assist in painting posters for Pop Show, Sing-a-thon, Coffeehouse, Homecoming float/Rock the Block, and also distributing flyers around the community for our various events.

Our Superintendent, Dr. Zamora, is the next president of the Texas Association of School Administrators and has been charged with providing inspirational entertainment for the conference to be held on Sept 27-28. She is to present a 30-minute collaborative performance involving as many students and disciplines that can fit into this "mini musical." All students involved have been added to a Schoology group with scans of the music and tracks already upload. Hard copies of the music will be provided on June 3rd.

Please complete the following form regarding voice lessons for next school year. If you were in lessons previously, you will be placed with the same voice teacher unless communicated with Mr. Ragsdale and Ms. White. Please note that you do not have to begin lessons over the Summer and can resume lessons during the school year.

Voice lessons are $26/23 minute lesson and payments will be made directly to the voice teacher using the best method of receiving payment decided upon by the voice teacher. As the school year begins, voice lessons will take place in your student’s class period or wildcat den on designated days.

There will be a sign up genius in the next newsletter to sign up for dates and times for Summer lessons. Students must complete the registration form to sign up for a time slot for Summer lessons. Summer lessons will begin the 2nd week of July and will take place on either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday, dependent upon our voice Instructors availability.

Ms. Hall's lessons will begin at the start of the school year.
