Stop Being "Latte" to School!
Tardiness is Ticking Up
Please be sure your students are arriving on time if you are dropping them off, and encourage your senior who is driving themself to leave plenty of time to get to school and walk to the main entrance.
We can't put all the blame on a local coffee shop reopening, and students should not be bringing coffee drinks into class anyway! These drinks should remain in the dining commons.
Remember, even being 5 minutes late every day, you will have lost 3 days of the year!
Counseling and College & Career Center News
There's always a lot happening in the Counseling office and College & Career Center! See the highlights published here, and even more by following the link below.
College and Career Center
The College and Career Center has been actively hosting over 80 college representatives to meet with our junior and senior students. These sessions offer students invaluable connections with admissions counselors, helping them learn about various programs and gain insights into admission trends and post-secondary planning options.
On Veterans Day, military representatives will be on-site to provide information to students interested in exploring careers in the armed forces. Stations will be set up during all lunch waves, allowing students to connect and consider their options for service.
Additionally, students can access on-demand Common Application support every Friday through all three lunch waves. School Counselors are available to assist with each stage of the application process, and students are encouraged to take advantage of this additional support.
