Community Partnerships and Resources
A Commitment to our Communities
In CCSD15 we strongly value school, family, and community partnerships. These relationships can strengthen and transform the learning process for students. In this edition of Parent University, we highlight community partners, programs, and services available for students and families.
New Warrior Way Learning Center
The Warrior Way Learning Center was previously called Community School. During the Warrior Way Learning Center, students will participate in a variety of activities! Some are academic based such as homework and school support while others are fun enrichments. Some of the enrichment activities are Soccer, STEM, Art, Cooking and many more! The activities are based on student interest and we are encouraging students to step out of their comfort and learn about new ideas or concepts! Programming runs primarily at Winston Campus Junior High School.
Community Resources List
CCSD15 keeps a list of community resources that might help parents, students, and community members. This list is updated as information changes, and is available to our community in English and Spanish. Click to access our community resources list!

Want to learn more about upcoming community events?
District 15 is "green" in its approach to distributing community flyers. Rather than sending flyers home with each student via backpack mail, flyers are posted on the D15 E-Flyers page for parents to view or print 24/7. A limited number of flyers may also be displayed in the school's flyer rack for students or parents to pick up (if an organization chooses to provide them). It is estimated that this saves our schools nearly 2,000 hours per year spent sorting and handling the materials, not to mention the number of trees and other resources saved in producing them. Want to see what's coming up? Check out our e-flyer page!
