According the the Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans, children should aim for 60 minutes of physical activity each day. This can include walking, running, playing soccer, doing gymnastics, playing tag, or biking to school. Physical activity is an important part of health. For more information, click here.

On Tuesday, March 5th, the Southside Middle School Cubs Honor Band will be putting on their Pre-Concert Performance Assessment Concert at South Florence High School beginning at 7:00. We would love to have you all come and support these students.
