Wrangler Weekly
Week of October 20, 2024
Message from Ms. Bratton, principal
We made it to the end of the first nine weeks -- and are finally "feeling fall" with the weather change. Many of our Wranglers have been sitting on the patio at lunches soaking it in.
Next week is a big one -- we will start our Wrangler Time Clubs on Wednesday.
This is all possible thanks to the generous donations to our campus fundraiser! 💙We received our final report from POP! -- we raised just over 12,000 dollars to help support students and teachers at SBMS. Students who earned Level UP prizes are bringing those home today! (And our Day of Awesomeness is coming next month on Nov. 22!)💙 Clubs are FULLY funded as well as online learning "extras," field trip cost management, reading team celebrations, and more. We appreciate the support! Thank you to everyone who helped with the fundraiser!
On Thursday parents will be able to access finalized report cards for the first nine weeks -- these will be available in Skyward.
And Friday... our PTA will host their yearly fall dance for students. Be sure to read all the details below so you have all the information you need for your Wrangler!
Go Wranglers!

A Message from Nurse Keith
We are starting to see some illnesses on campus. Please be aware of Comal ISD policy regarding fever, which requires that all students and staff be free of fever (100 degrees and above) for at least 24 hours, without the use of fever reducing medications, before returning to school. Thank you for working with us to help prevent the spread of illnesses at school.
