Souhegan Announcements & Highlights
Granite State RESPECT Week
It was inspiring to see so many students and teachers demonstrate their commitment to fostering meaningful conversations about relationships. At SHS, we are dedicated to continuing these important discussions and working together to ensure our school and community remain kind, compassionate, and respectful all year long.
If you would like some tips on how to start a conversation with your child on healthy relationships, visit Love Is Respect, where you will find conversation starters, resources and more. If you or someone you know could benefit from additional resources, please reach out to anyone in Student Services, or to Bridges in Nashua or Milford. #RespectWeekNH

What is your role at Souhegan?
Learning Specialist
How long have you been with Souhegan?
This is my first year at Souhegan.
What do you love about your job?
Everyday I get to work with students who put a smile on my face. I am often reminded that the everyday work and small successes lead to big accomplishments over time. I also love witnessing students encourage and support each other. I feel lucky to work closely with talented professionals and I am proud of the work that we do.
What do you like to do outside of work?
I enjoy spending time with my family and watching my kids play sports. I love a cozy day with a great book and snuggling my beagle. I do a little skiing, snowshoeing, knitting, crafting and baking. We are a big Disney family.
If you were given one wish what would it be?
I wish that everyone could have what they need and a have a support system to lift them up when things get hard.
Do you have a favorite quote or mantra?
Fair is not everyone getting the same thing. Fair is everyone getting what they need to be successful -Rick Riordan

Spring Sports
Spring sports are right around the corner and registration is now open in PowerSchool. Please log into PowerSchool, click forms on the left hand side to find the spring registration page.
All Spring Sports at Souhegan begin March 24. Meet the Coaches Night is March 13th at 6pm in the Souhegan Gymnasium.
For the spring season, we will be creating user fee invoices in MySchoolBucks. That way, families who have met the $400 cap won’t pay, and we can create custom amounts for those who are close to the cap. If you have not paid your fall/winter fees, your athlete will not be receiving a spring uniform until the outstanding balance is settled.
