Dear PES Families,
This summer, Thompson School District has initiated that all elementary students grade 2-5 will take their chromebook devices home for the summer and bring them back next school year. More details on the program and resources available to families will be in the Family Letter that will be sent out in the schools weekly newsletter.
On the last day of school, your student will bring home their chromebook and a charger that has been checked out to them.
If for any reason you do not want your student to have the device over the summer, PES is allowing an opt out to store the device at the school until the start of the next school year. It would remain checked out to your student. If your student is enrolled in Summer School, they must take their device home for the summer.
If you would like to opt-out from having your student bring home their device, please fill out the below google form with their current grade and first and last name.

As many of you have noticed, our new nutritional services program has menus that have a lot more detail, but are not user friendly. You can view the online menu here. Just be sure to change the school to "Ponderosa" and that you are on the "lunch" option, NOT the "ECD lunch"
What I need to know:
- 8:00 am - 3:10 pm - M, T, Th, F
- 9:00 am - 3:10 - Wednesdays
Breakfast:
- 7:40 am - 7:55 am - M, T, Th, F
- 8:40 am - 8:55 am - Wednesdays
Please note - students may not be on school grounds before 7:40 am (8:40 am on Wednesdays) unless they are participating in a school sponsored activity. There is no adult supervision before that time.
