SNACK DROP! November 9th, 9-10 am
Please support the St. Paul Elementary School, by participating in our first-ever snack “drop!”
The Elementary School, historically, has had a budget to provide snacks for students who forget to bring one from home. With some of the budget cuts, and other changes to the expenditures (like offering FREE Breakfast and Lunch to ALL students!!) the budget for “snacks” has diminished.
We have THE BEST community, and we are confident that if there was awareness around this subject, we’d have a strong level of support from our community to help! So, we’d like to announce that the St. Paul Elementary PTC will be hosting a “Snack Drop” along with our Bottle Drop in November.
Here’s how you can help! Please bring unopened, individually wrapped snacks that are relatively healthy, to the 11/9 Bottle Drop (Elementary School Parking lot) from 9-10am. We’ll deliver all the snacks to the school on the next business day! All donors will receive a coupon for a FREE BINGO CARD for an upcoming PTC Bingo Event!
Some of the teachers were able to provide feedback, and here are some of their favorites when it comes to snacks (and some things to stay away from):
Faves:
String Cheese, Granola Bars, Goldfish, Pretzels, Apple Sauce, Beef Jerky Sticks, Yogurt Raisins, Raisins, Veggie Straws, Bananas, and Apples.
Stay Away From:
Nuts, Fruit Snacks, and Chips
Thank you, to THE BEST community, for your ongoing support for our school, and students.
Sincerely,
The St. Paul Elementary PTC
