Congratulations to our first SKG Impact Players: Kelli Poff, Kristen Davis, Cailee de Leon, Cheri Nations, Brad Callahan, Keith Oldknow, Jake Medders, and Laura DeLaPerriere. An "Impact Player" is someone who consistently goes above and beyond, leaving a lasting, positive mark on their team, organization, or community. This individual is proactive, always looking for ways to contribute meaningfully, and often anticipates needs before they arise. An Impact Player is not only dependable but also inspires those around them to strive for excellence. They're adaptable, embrace challenges as opportunities, and show resilience under pressure. Their influence elevates the performance of others, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. Ultimately, an Impact Player embodies commitment, integrity, and a drive for continuous improvement, making them indispensable to any team's success.
