9-11-2020
Today to honor 9-11, we celebrated our community helpers. We talked about police officers, firemen and firewomen, doctors, nurses, and ambulance workers. We are so thankful for the people that serve us daily during good times and difficult times. Thank you for taking care of all of us!!
Fall pictures will be September 28th. Virtual students are encouraged to come get their pictures taken if possible. Ms. Bowman will send out a message when the last class is almost finished so you could come if you'd like!
We need you to save large Braum's sacks with handles for our ABC Fashion Show vests. Mrs. Price needs paper towel and toilet paper rolls for a STEAM project! Thanks for helping!
Please wash your child's masks daily! If you need extra masks, we have some available. Just let us know!
The carline is flowing well. We are trying to have 2 people taking temperatures and 1 inside putting on hand sanitizer. It would be a huge help if your child was unbuckled, love given, and ready to get out when we open the door! I have 5 grandchildren from ages 11-3--my car always looks like a war zone--give these kindergarteners a Walmart sack and have them pick up your car! They love to help and then we won't have trash falling out of cars--trust me--I will be doing the same thing! No judgement from me on this! lol
The carline starts at 7:35 and our school begins at 7:50! This is to help everyone that has other children to drop off and pick up! School ends at 3:10.
Every Tuesday we wear our school t-shirts. We have a few left from last year and they are very cute. We are in the process of getting a new design as well. We will send information whenever they are ready to order. Every Friday we wear our Go Buffs shirts!
Don't forget to get online and fill out the Census! Our census count is very important to our area--help us get all the benefits we can!!
Thursday, September 17th we will have a William Gay ECC Title One virtual meeting. Here is the link to sign on for the Google Meet. We will watch a slide show that will explain what being a Title One school means for all of us!
