The Weekly Update

Hey! Welcome to week 1. Our theme this week is Outer Space🚀🛸 Dress to impress!!

REMINDER: The medical Action Plan form needs to be signed off by a physician and the Medication Authorization form needs to be filled out just by the parent. You must have these AND the medication in order to drop off your kiddo. Also the medication you provide on the first day will remain at site for the rest of the summer. Your child will not be able to carry medicine in their bag, we will have a medication box for storage!

We will be going to the pool Tuesday, June 4th from 12pm to 3:30pm. If your child is doing swim lessons they need to be dropped off by 11:15am. We will get all the kids trip ready. I did attach an Swim Lesson Approval Form in the first newsletter so please be sure you fill that out so we can know who is okay to test. Reminder, there are no arm floaties and no pool toys. All life jackets must say coast guard approved. I recommend having your child wear swim shoes just so we can keep all toes protected from pool blisters or scrapes. Also please try to have your child dressed in their swimsuits at drop off WITH a cover up. Girls: shorts/shirt or a dress. Boys: Shirts. Don't forget a dry towel, change of clothes, and WATER BOTTLES!!

We will be going to the Mayborn Museum on Thursday, June 6th. We will be leaving campus at 7:30am and returning at 3:30pm. Please drop off before 7:15am if your child will be attending. We want to make sure all kids and staff are prepared to go by the time we leave.

• Anything your child brings to camp, make sure their name is on their things please!!!

• PLEASE PACK WATER BOTTLES!!!

• Caldwell will be provided with Lunch. EDP will provide snacks but if your kid(s) get hungry often, pack extra snacks. Armark will serve breakfast for all children from 8:00am-8:30am. Breakfast will not be served after 8:30am.

• Please provide a change of clothes for your kids incase of accidents! (Accidents with no clothes will be an immediate pick up)
• EDP Camp Hours: 7:00AM – 6:30PM
• There is a "EDP Pick up Location" Sign on the door.

• Any individual picking up students from camp must be an Authorized Pick-up, as well as bring their ID for verification, and be at least 16 years of age or older

• Do not share your code with others for pick-up. Each code is individualized & indicates to EDP which adult obtained which children
• Tuition is broken down monthly. Please notify billing for payment assistance @ 512-594-0145 and reference the payment calendar

• If your child will not be in attendance for any reason please email Ms. Kasha (Kasha.Daveytoliver@pfisd.net)
• Please inform Ms. Kasha of all medication, food allergies, or other student-specific information.
• Please provide all medication and action plans for students on the first day they attend summer camp, otherwise you can not drop off your kiddo.
